Experience Biodynamic Breathwork in a supported online session
In our free, online, weekly sessions and workshops—which are guided by one of our certified faculty members—you will be invited into an embodiment practice using breath, felt sense, and movement. Topics change throughout the year, targeting different areas of the body.
Over time, the online program brings your awareness to the physical sensations and feeling states throughout the entire body. With each session, you learn how to unwind tension naturally, thereby releasing trauma from the nervous system and opening the heart. With practice, you are supported to connect with life more fully, freely, and authentically; you’ll feel more relaxed, energized, and available for yourself and others.

Nisarga Eryk Dobosz
This community breathwork event will be lead by Nisarga.
Nisarga began his journey with breathwork and healing practising Pranayama (yogic breathing) in Warsaw, Poland in 1998. Guided by a deep spiritual search, he arrived at the OSHO International Meditation Center in Pune, India in 2005, where he discovered transformative breath therapies and meditations inspired by Osho. His passion for understanding the human body and its language led him into integrated mind-body-spirit work. Over the next decade he travelled worldwide, studying and practising breathwork, bodywork and meditation rooted in Zen, Sufi, Tao, Buddhist, Tantra and Osho traditions.
