Tantra Workshop for Couples
Join us on a journey of exploration and self-discovery in this profound and transformative experiential training. Come to the enchanting “Island of the Gods”—Bali! —where you will nestle in the lap of nature at a breathtaking beachfront resort. There you can dive deeply into a most intimate experience, on the waves of Tantra.
- Do you feel that sexual chemistry and passion are waning, displaced, or no longer present in your relationship?
- Do you that like you and your partner lack clear communication and boundaries?
- Do you yearn to enjoy freedom in a committed relationship?
- Do you wish to experience more connection to yourself and your own intimate expression?
Many people feel disconnected from their own sensuality—and couples often feel stuck, replaying the same patterns in a relationship. Whether these patterns are just “tired” or unhealthy, they can extinguish the fire of sexuality—and the delicious chemistry of polarities. This training will support you to bring deeper understanding, healing, and rejuvenation into relationship with yourself and your partner. In a safe and nurturing environment, we will provide you with tools you can use in daily life for supporting the growth of your relationship to intimacy.
Topics:
- Through hands-on practices, explore the healthy expression of our inner feminine and masculine polarities, and the way they manifest themselves in relationships. Note: This is relevant regardless of gender identity or sexual preferences; we all contain these polarities.
- Experience the importance of self-awareness, presence, authenticity, and vulnerability in building a healthy and conscious relationship.
- Delve into the topic of sacred sexuality while exploring techniques to enhance the sensory experience.
- Discover ways to transform ordinary sex into sacred sexuality and deep meditative experiences.
- Learn how to communicate effectively and authentically with your partner by clearly expressing your needs, setting boundaries, and resolving conflicts healthily and respectfully.
- Explore how primal wounding and conditioning hinder healthy relating and sexual connection.
Through guided meditations, experiential practices focused around conscious touch and the concept of felt sense, Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release, Tantric cacao ceremony, and a combination of Tantra and Tango, this workshop will provide a safe and supportive space for couples to explore their relationship dynamics and deepen their connection with themselves, their physical bodies—and, ultimately, with each other.
Whether you’re in a new relationship or have been together for some time, by the end of this workshop, you’ll develop an understanding of what conscious relating truly means. You’ll walk away with a treasure trove of tools and practices that you can integrate into your daily life. Through healthy communication and practice, you’ll see and feel how your sexual connection with each other can grow. This training workshop is a sacred space for all couples to come together and deepen their love and understanding of each other.
Please note: While the training is geared toward coupled partners, uncoupled friends can attend together. However, since discussion, sharing, and sexual contact in the workshop is intimate in nature, you should attend with someone only if you feel absolutely safe in a deeply personal setting with that person.
*Please note that this workshop will not use group sexual practices and all sexual practices will be done in the privacy of your own room.
The location
The venue for this BBTRS Training is set in the beautiful Northern Balinese countryside, facing the Pacific Ocean. It’s a stunning spot for snorkeling and with a bit of luck you might even see some dolphins. During the training there will also be opportunities to just relax and enjoy the pool or to treat yourself at their Wellness Centre which offers Balinese-, Ayurvedic-,and Western-inspired beauty and health treatments. Accommodation is in Balinese-style bungalows constructed out of bamboo, natural stone and wood, equipped with open-air bathrooms, hot water, fully-equipped kitchens and bedrooms with mosquito nets. We will enjoy three buffet meals a day with a large variety of healthy Indonesian and Western-inspired foods, largely vegetarian and some fresh fish dishes, served at the beach-facing restaurant. Mineral water, different teas, Balinese coffee and cocoa are available throughout the day.
