In this Online Breathwork Session, Chetana Barkan, main facilitator of the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® will guide the group into an embodiment practice using breath, felt sense & movement. This practice helps to release core tension in the body and balance the nervous system by bringing awareness to the physical sensations & feeling states that are present and allowing the body to naturally unwind and move out of stuckness and contraction. By giving space and our conscious awareness to the underlying emotional undertones of our physical & psychological states, we become more present and centered in reality, feeling less overwhelmed and more relaxed, energized and available for ourselves and others.
For the session, please set up your space so you can sit comfortably on a cushion or chair and then lay down.
