Sep 23 - Sep 27, 2017
We will explore the sacred energy centres of our body, connect deeper with ourselves and others, and reclaim our personal power and will.
Stress, injuries and life struggles can greatly restrict the energy and vitality that flows from these centres, showing up as fatigue, lack of passion and longing for a stronger connection to ourselves.
Drawing on the healing power of Biodynamic Breathwork with the additional support of Chinese medicine, bioenergetics, meditation and more we will move into our centres and learn ways to restore our vitality and heal old wounds.
