In this part of BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release Training we will focus on bringing our attention to create an opening around the heart region. We are are born with the natural desire to reach out and connect with the world and people around us. This natural movement of an infant to reach out to his mother often gets interrupted. This way the protection around our heart begins to form. Interrupter outward movement supports formation of personality structure and inner tension which settles in the tissues of our bodies. In this part of the practitioner training we will support you to learn to restore this natural outflowing energy of the heart.
BioDynamic Breath is built on a new revolutionary approach to trauma release. It skillfully combines specially designed breath techniques, conscious movement, touch, non-cathartic emotional release, and meditation.
This Fully Experiential group process and training is designed to break through layers of body armoring, releasing mental, emotional and physical resistance down to your core. As a result you will intimately re-connect with true yourself and your longing for an open heart. Going through this experience will leave you with ability to intimately connect with yourself and others.

Furthermore expanding your capacity to contain and support the free flow of your energy. This work restructures at a cellular level, supporting the opening of your spine and ultimately transforms you into being increasingly present and conscious in your life. The BioDynamic Breath and Trauma Release Certification Training is fully experiential in nature, therefore it is a deep personal and group process as well as a training.
This group process is open to everyone wishing to receive a solid base to working with breath and trauma release or for those who simply wish to explore themselves and truly open up. It is a perfect opportunity for advanced and beginner yoga students and teachers, psychologists, bodyworkers and therapists to deepen their understanding and experience of supporting others on the path to transformation.
Returning to The Heart
In this module we move deeper into letting go of self-limiting ideas that restrict our body and mind, and open up to new ways of expression through the body with more relaxation techniques. This develops a direct mind-body-spirit connection, allowing the body’s innate intelligence to be your guide and your teacher.
This module of training is about embodying your own energy and further self discovery and learning. We use a unique combination of BioDynamic Breathing techniques, acupressure, bodywork, energetic expression, conscious movement, somatic experiencing, myofascial energetic release and unwinding, sound and meditation to release deep patterns in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. We deepen our understanding of how to structure a series of breath sessions to facilitate permanent trauma release. As we explore the body’s soft tissue layers and nervous system, we regain the natural flexibility of the spinal column. Blocked energy in the form of shortened, hardened tissue begins to release, providing us with incredible amounts of energy which supports the process of healing and transformation, allowing us to relate authentically to each other as fully embodied individuals.
After completing Basic Training Parts 1 & 2, and before beginning Advanced Training, students are required to offer 25 practice sessions free of charge in exchange for feedback (from the volunteer) in order to gain further and deeper hands-on experience. They will receive online support from the facilitators periodically.
There is a growing demand for mastering the art of moving deeply in the body oriented trauma release with skill and sensitivity.
During exposure to traumatic events we loose the sense of being grounded and become tense, numb, and disconnected from life force energy. Re-establishing this sense of inner safety if what make the trauma release possible.
In part one of this training we will work with creating a “container”- a feeling of being safe in your physical body. This container allows you to feel your full unrestricted energy flow.
During this module of the training we will begin to understand the effects that trauma has on an organism. We will look at the basic anatomy and physiology of trauma. Working with breathing and movement we begin to unlock your tension patterns. This will lay the foundation for deeper opening and ultimately living up to your true potential as wholesome integrated human being.
We will begin to develop the sensitivity necessary to support a BioDynamic Trauma Release breath session. By working with each other we establish trust which is by far the most important quality on breath oriented trauma release process.
In the process of this group workshop we will move deeper into letting go of self-imposed ideas that restrict our body/mind and open to new ways of expression through the body. This will develop our direct body-spirit connection. Allowing our bodies and our inner guide to be your teachers.

This Training is about embodying your own energy and discovering your self within.
We will use a skillful combination of Deep BioDynamic Connected Breathing, Bodywork, Energetic Expression, Conscious Movement, Basics of Somatic Experiencing, Myofascial Unwinding and Meditation to release stuck patterns in body, emotions, mind and spirit.
This training is structured as a continuing learning process. Each part can be taken individually or as deeper learning process
