He loves what he does and his work brings him great fulfillment and joy. He admires his patients for their great courage, strength and the willingness to work on themselves.
Nisarga says that holistic healing is real craftsmanship, because man’s body is a temple and he treats it with dignity and admiration. Our body had unlimited potential to heal and self-regulate. His main role is to tirelessly look for the best health condition. And even when we happen to not take good care of it – we forget about the right diet, movement, the right breathing or relaxation – it still continues removing toxins, it relaxes and keeps us alive. This is happening on the physical level when the autonomous nervous system regulates all the other systems in the body in the way that enables us to be in better shape. There is also a spiritual level, the body is a great vehicle which allows us to experience being here and now. Bringing feeling into the body is very important in working with people. It sometimes happens that we react to external triggers from a subconscious program where there are traces of hurt from childhood. The return to the body means beginning here and now, feeling oneself and having the awareness which enables us to be present in every situation and make conscious decisions.
