Natalie originally trained as an artist and film maker. Using film as a tool for self enquiry and to explore her surroundings, she embarked on 10 years of extensive travel around the world. During her travels, she gravitated in the direction of natural therapies and holistic practices.
Natalie is a trained yoga teacher. She studies and practices herbal medicine, Reiki, kinesiology, intuitive development, Qi -Gong, dance, bodywork and various meditation techniques.
Natalie decided to train and become a practitioner of Biodynamic Breath Work & Trauma Release after her first experience of the work. The work had such a profound, healing and transformative effect on her own life, and enabled her to work through her own past traumatic experiences. It was a very natural next step for her to learn this beautiful work to share with others.
Natalie is mostly based in London UK, where she works with individuals and small groups, as well as collaborating with other practitioners in lovingly designing workshops which provide a safe & fun space for participants to explore, expand, release & transform.
