Since a young teenager I remember being spiritually aware.  I studied Buddhist meditation, Kundalini and Raja yoga, all sorts of  Energy healing modalities.  Until I started to notice,  I was doing everything I was taught was right,  yet my reality was not the way I wished it to be.
I came to a complete loss, and figured everything I had believed in wasn’t real.

What am I doing wrong?

How can god , and I  hate myself this much?

The answers came, with years of deep shadow work and meeting an intriguing practitioner that connected emotions felt, with the body and their memories. Bam!

I had been missing my physical body, and it had its held on stories that kept repeating in my outer reality. I jumped into body based practices, Myofascial release and unwinding,  where I reclaimed memories that had been lost to my unconscious, with many being pre-birth trauma.

I knew I needed to help others through this, with a modality that was in alignment with all my life experiences.

Becoming a Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release practitioner,  was the answer, Incorporating everything that I had been attracted to healing my own deep wounds, and gave me the confidence,  joy and community, so I could assist many through there own healing journey.

I’m certified  in Chakradance, Myofascial release and Unwinding,  Reconnective healing, IET,  Embodiment coaching, Sophia Circle Facilitator, I am a Channel, a Purification guide and a  Dance expressionist.
I particularly enjoy assisting with Pre Birth and  early childhood traumas,  Star seeds, Lightworkers,  finding challenges in their Physical and  Spiritual embodiment.
Online and in person privates,  groups, retreats,  as well as my deep dive Igniting Soul 8 month Embodiment program once a year.
