Lisanne is always looking for balance and healing that she can create for herself and others, ultimately creating space for the most vibrant and authentic versions of ourselves. She specialises in Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System, group facilitation, coaching and yoga.
Lisanne first found yoga in 2012 when she took her first classes in Hatha and Pralaya yoga in Delft, The Netherlands. From the first moment she was hooked! At that time she was struggling with pain and low energy levels during her Architecture studies. Yoga was exactly what she was looking for, it brought back balance in her body and mind. She took her 200hr Hatha yoga teacher training in 2015 with Saktiisha Yoga Studio in The Hague, The Netherlands.
Searching for a deeper experience and healing she discovered the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System in 2015. This changed her life. Finding more and more freedom in range of (e)motion, expression and in general life, she pursued her BBTRS training and got her Level IV certification in 2017.
Meanwhile Lisanne worked at the LEF Future Centre in Utrecht, The Netherlands. She worked on the innovation of the Future Centre and facilitated groups with the use of brain facilitation and creative processes. The goal of the Future Centre is creating breakthroughs in complex transition processes in order to make bigger steps toward the future society goals (as the Future Centre is part of the government). Creating and witnessing the true power of these authentic breakthroughs gave Lisanne a profound joy.
In July 2017 Lisanne moved to the USA where she primarily worked with Biodynamic Breathwork, coaching and yoga to create and facilitate breakthroughs with individual sessions and group workshops. As of September 2018 Lisanne will be back in the Netherlands.
In her breathwork sessions Lisanne intuitively incorporates her knowledge from other trainings.
