Hi I’m Jenny.

I operate The Spirit Root, LLC in Colorado. Trauma healing and conscious ascension have been my passion for decades now, and I would love to connect with you – if it’s a good fit. A little about me: As a child, I was a highly sensitive empath and felt ‘more’ than those in my direct surrounding. For a time, it was a great asset, but began to unravel as family trauma flooded into reality. To emotionally survive, I funneled all my energies into competitive gymnastics. Sport became my life raft. But, at age 17, I suffered a broken back in a gymnastics competition and my life raft began to sink. Once unable to exercise, my body morphed into ‘the fat suit.’ Repressed emotional energy flooded back in and food became my stabilizing addiction. I found myself at war with myself, secretly battling depressive anxiety, body shame, bulimia & food addiction. Something had to give and the exploration of healing began.

My first introduction to healing and breathwork came from Wiccan Goddess work, Freediving, and Reiki. I devoured anything by Barbara Brennan and immersed myself in Depth Psychology and Jungian Analysis. In the years that followed, I dedicated myself to unpacking spiritual truths and grounding them in practical scientific methods. I am formally trained in massage therapy, holistic nutrition, Reiki Healing, Religious Studies, Between Life & Past Life Hypnosis, and operate the 5 Pillars Goddess School.
