Dana began his bodywork training at the age of 18 with Touch for Health. That training sparked in him the interest in alternative health techniques that continues to this day. Through 30+ years of bodywork practice, his modalities have expanded to include different ways to access and affect various systems of the body: Touch for Health, sports massage (AMTA-MI Director of Sports Massage ’90-’92), shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Somatic Release, full-term pregnancy, and Cocoon (tantric meditation massage).
Introduced to the power of trauma and tension releasing breathwork in 2015 with BBTRS, he has dedicated himself to learn and integrate this phenomenal modality into his own life and the lives of his clients as he continues to work with the institute on their trainings worldwide, assisting in the in-person trainings, and managing the online trainings.
With tantra and personal growth trainings starting in the early ’90s, Dana continues to look for ways to create harmony and balance in all aspects of his own and other people’s lives. Along with breathwork, he teaches partnered massage, partnered stretch, and personal growth consciousness. His intention is to help you live in harmony with yourself, others, and nature. The educator in him supports his clients to learn techniques and tools that enable them to continue their healing journey on a daily basis.
Dana is available to facilitate IN-PERSON and ONLINE breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, to lead group BBTRS workshops, Osho and other active meditations, and he is available for bodywork sessions.
