Dana began his holistic bodywork training in 1981 which sparked in him the interest in alternative health techniques. Through his 40 years of bodywork practice, his modalities have expanded to include different ways to access and affect various systems of the body, be it musculo-tendinous, myofascial, energetic, or tantric. His desire to share these skills with people led him to teach bodywork and stretch classes. He also served as the Director of Sports massage for the AMTA.
He was very involved with the Human Awareness Institute, a personal growth organization where he was certified as Trainer of Trainers. He taught communication skills and how to lovingly, compassionately, and safely “hold space” while working with people who are processing their personal issues.
Introduced to the power and potential of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Systems, he has dedicated himself to learn and integrate this modality into his own life and the lives of his clients.
With deep gratitude, Dana continues to work with the institute on their online and in-person trainings globally, continually looking for ways to create harmony and balance in all aspects of his life and to help others live in harmony with themselves, each other, and nature.
Dana is available to facilitate IN-PERSON and ONLINE breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, to lead group BBTRS workshops, Osho and other active meditations, and he is available for bodywork sessions.
