As a psychologist and coach, I work a lot with people who in one way or the other are confronted with trauma.
The last years I experienced for myself how important the wisdom of the body is in really overcome recurrent patterns that you experience in your life, work, relationships. How your nervous system functions is a crucial element in this process.
Since 2020 I discovered BBTRS and it became an important methodology that I now use frequently in sessions with clients and coachees. I use different methods (voice dialogue, systemic coaching and constellations, focusing) that really enable people to become more conscious about themselves and helps along the path of personal growth.
It costs a lot of energy to suppress emotions and tensions in the body. The effect of breathwork combined with the other elements of BBTRS really enables your body to let go of this chronic tension and releases energy. Your energy will start flowing in a different way, energy you can use to create the life, work, relationships you want.
